“For a large organization to be effective, it must be
\nsimple. For a large organization to be simple, its people must have
\nself-confidence and intellectual self-assurance. Insecure managers
\ncreate complexity. Frightened, nervous managers use thick, convoluted
\nplanning books and busy slides filled with everything they\u2019ve known
\nsince childhood.

Real leaders don\u2019t need clutter. <\/span><\/p>\n

People must have the
\nself-confidence to be clear, precise, to be sure that every person in
\ntheir organization\u2014highest to lowest\u2014understands what the business is

\nfor people to be simple, how much they fear being simple. They worry
